OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing reliable, transparent, and fair services. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, payments, and legal compliance.
Refund Timeline
Refund Terms:
Order Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% refund.
Between 24 hours and 48 Hours: 80% refund.
Up to 96 Hours: 30% refund.
After 96 hours: No refund.
If the order status is processing, shipped, complete, or on hold, a refund will not be applicable.
The initial payment of 1000 INR will be refunded within 30 working days if applicable.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are non-refundable:
GST and payment gateway charges.
Service fees once the application is submitted to authorities (e.g., municipal corporations, universities, shipping, notarization, or government processing costs).
Parallel Process Clause: If a customer initiates or continues a parallel process through any other agency, family member, friend, or third party for document collection or related services, the order will be automatically closed, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Charges
After Submission:
Incomplete Information: If the application is on hold due to incomplete or incorrect documents and not resolved within 15 days, it will automatically close with no refund. Reactivation requires a 25% service fee.
Document Verification and Legal Compliance
Submission of fake or manipulated documents will result in application cancellation without a refund and may lead to legal action.
Additional documents may be requested. If not provided within one month, the application will close with no refund.
Document formats are determined by the issuing authority.
Delivery and Courier Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged documents after dispatch; courier policies apply.
Reprocessing due to postal errors, accidents, or natural calamities requires full repayment of service charges.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback makes you liable for penalties levied by credit card companies.
Refund Policy Clause: By accepting a refund, you waive your right to raise disputes through payment gateways such as PayPal. Any violation of this policy may lead to legal action, including complaints to the Credit Bureau or local authorities.
Special Conditions for Documentation Services
University/College Requirements: Formats depend on the institution and may require additional documents.
Timelines: Subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays).
Document Processing Requirements: Clients must provide any additional documents, corrections, or expansions requested during the process. These must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the relevant authorities. OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. will not overrule any corporate or governmental regulations.
Full Payment: Any additional payments required for supplementary services or changes must be paid by the client in full before OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. proceeds with the processing or continuation of the service.
Family Involvement: In certain cases, family involvement or additional verification from family members may be necessary. OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. will inform the customer of any such requirements during the process.
Service Fee Changes: OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. may review and change service fees from time to time. We reserve the right to update these fees at our discretion.
Refund Processing Charges: If a refund is processed for Service Fees or Value-Added Services, any transaction charges, bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or administrative costs will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
University Fee Differences: University fees will be charged based on the actual amount and may differ from the initial estimate. Any differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Legal Compliance and Actions
Non-payment or breach of agreement may result in legal action, including:
Filing a case with the Credit Bureau.
Lodging a complaint with local authorities (e.g., Nagpur Maharashtra Police Station).
Recovering outstanding balances through legal channels if documents are collected without completing payment.
Issuance and Refund Clause
Issuing Authority Dependency: As the university, municipal authorities, or MEA are the issuing authorities and OrangeLeaf Services Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator, we cannot guarantee the issuance of the document or specific timelines. The process is entirely dependent on the authenticity and completeness of the documents provided by the client.
Refund Clause: If a document is not delivered, a refund of up to 50% may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to the assessment of the situation.
