HRD attestation refers to the act of verification of educational papers or documents. The right to attest the transcripts and academic records has been given to every State's human resource department and the regional authentication center under the State's Department of Education. 2. HRD Ministry Attestation: Based on the verification of the individual's document done by colleges and universities, HRD will attest the form by putting their seal and signature.

For HRD attestation, one needs to submit the original degree certificate to the HRD office along with a copy of the mark sheets or transcripts, a copy of the job offer letter, a copy of the passport, and two passport-size photographs.
