Transcripts for Andhra Pradesh

Andhra University transcripts provide the grades for each subject from the first to the last year/semester. Candidates generally use transcripts to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visas, H1B visas, and immigration, among other items. If your college is autonomous, you must ask for transcripts from your university to apply for WES assessment (ECA) for a career, school, or Canada PR.

Documents required for getting transcripts for Andhra Pradesh

The following documents are required-

1. Mark-sheets (Including if any failed/ re-attempts)

2. Consolidated mark-sheet

3. Degree certificate

The procedure of getting transcripts for Andhra Pradesh

There are two ways of getting transcripts for Andhra Pradesh.

The first one is the regular method-

1. All Graduate/Post Graduate students can carry clear photocopies of their certificates to the registrar's office.

2. The Registrar's office has a calculator that will tell you how much DD you need to take.

3. They compute based on the number of marks sheets, degree, and graduation year.

4. They will send you an application form to fill out with your name, year of graduation, and roll number. Fill out the form and apply it along with the DD.

5. You will get an Acknowledgment in exchange. The same will be reflected in the Registrar's office.

6. After that, the registrar will stamp(a) all of your photocopies.

7. There are numerous Education Cells, such as BSc, BCom, MCA, MSc, etc.

8. You must go to your valued Cell and get all of your marks lists checked, as well as all of your photocopies, marked.

9. Finally, return to the registrar's office to receive a registrar signature. They will place all of your attested copies in an A4 envelope, seal it, and stamp it with an official Andhra University stamp.

10. Your transcripts are complete and ready to go.

Method 2- 

If you are someone who cannot come to take the transcripts, then you can-

1. In addition to all of the photocopies listed in Method 1, you must authorise the person who is sending on your behalf.

2. Provide your college name and address, graduation year, and any ID proof you have.

3. In a few instances, you would be forced to send the same person a Letter of Authorization.

4. Please keep in mind that no originals are needed for any of the processes. Only photocopies are appropriate.
