Birth certificates contain a person's date and place of birth. People born in a country are entitled to citizenship and documentation. The first official identity documents include a person's age and birthplace.
A birth certificate will be issued by the municipality if the birth was recorded.
A person's name is rarely mentioned when he or she is born. In spite of mentioning a name, parent's name, or date of birth, there is still the possibility of discrepancy. The names and birth years of the applicants' parents must be searched in municipal records due to this complexity. The United States Immigration and Citizenship Service (USCIS) issues green cards. Names that were not mentioned during the registration process may be added during the birth registration process. When applying for permanent residence, one must provide a copy of their birth certificate. In addition to Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Canada, other countries also file I 485s in a similar manner. These procedures require original birth certificates or non-availability of birth certificates (NABCs). In addition, it is essential during visa procedures, such as Adjustment of Status, which change the status of the visa holder. Instead of visiting a local municipal corporation for birth certificates, NRIWAY provides assistance.
Steps For Registration

2. Please include the necessary documents with your order. Documents are encrypted to protect PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
3. Within eight to twelve hours, you will receive an estimate of the cost and timeline. A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
4. Pay with a secure payment gateway (PayPal or Razorpay or a debit or credit card from any country).
5. The NRIWAY team will keep you informed throughout the order process
6. Following the completion of the order in the order portal, a masked copy of the certificate will be uploaded in order.
7. International orders are subject to a shipping charge (domestic orders are free).
8. Upon completion of the service, NRIWAY permanently deletes the documents from its servers.
Procedure
When discrepancies are found in a birth record, a NABC request may be made. Depending on the municipality, you may have to submit additional documentation.
Step 1: Visit the NRIWAY website to order a birth certificate for the desired location
Step 2: Obtain a birth certificate by providing the required documents

Note: Depending on the city, we may require different documents. The following is an exhaustive list of the documents used across the cities. Additional documents might be asked for by the government office.

Step 4: The service provider will verify the documents and provide a cost and estimate based on them
Step 5: NRIWAY will inform the customer of the cost and duration.
Step 6: Customer to approve or reject the estimate
1. NRIWAY raises additional payment requests.
2. Customer makes the payment to NRIWAY
3. NRIWAYs proceed with the order.
The customer rejects the estimate.
1. Customer to cancel the order online
2. Customer deletes all the documents.
3. NRIWAY starts the refund process (Automated) if there was any initial payment made
4. Customer receives a refund in 3 to 5 working days
Step 7: If the customer approves the estimate and makes the interim payment, we will submit these documents to the local municipal office. As soon as we receive your certificate, we will notify you. We will update the birth record search once it has been completed.
Step 8: If the record is not found then the Non-availability of the Birth certificate will be received from the local government office.
Step 9: Shipping: After the final payment, the documents will be shipped to your address. International shipping will be charged. Domestic shipping is free. The final payment will be raised. A soft copy of your order will be uploaded to your secure account once the final payment has been made.
