It is issued when an Birth Certificate is not available. Births that are not registered are called Non-availability of birth certificate (NABC) documents (NABCs). When there is no birth certificate, the competent office will issue an NABC instead. In the absence of a birth certificate, a Non-availability of birth certificate (NABC) document is required for I-485 applications. If the local registrar signs an NABC, there is no birth certificate in government records. You may also need a non-availability certificate (NABC) from the Netherlands, Canada, and Australia in order to obtain a green card. NABCs provide you with your OCI card.

Step 9: Shipping After final payment the documents will be shipped to your address. Please note that domestic shipping will be free, while international shipping will be charged. The final payment will be raised. Upon receiving the final payment, we will upload the soft copy.
